Policies and Procedures
Insurance Coverage
At Circle R Auto ATV and Tire, we offer both cosmetic and mechanical repairs for wrecked cars. This service can be paid for by filing a claim through your insurance. However, we do not accept auto repair insurance (i.e. bumper to bumper insurance). If you would like to have us perform repairs covered by your auto repair insurance, we are happy to perform the services as long as the customer is aware they are responsible for the cost of the repairs and the customer will have to reach out to said insurance for reimbursement.
Parts and Labor Warranties
Labor Warranty: Circle R Auto ATV and Tire provides a 30-day labor warranty.
Parts Warranty: Parts are warrantied by the manufacturer ONLY.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not apply to damage caused by neglect, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule. The warranty does not cover services performed by third parties or repairs not authorized by the Automotive Shop.
Limitation of Liability
Circle R Auto ATV and Tire is not liable for any loss or damage to the Customer's vehicle or belongings, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, or fire, while the vehicle is in the custody of Circle R Auto ATV and Tire, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct by Circle R.
Pick Up Policy
Customers are required to pick up their vehicle(s) within 7 days after notification that the vehicle is ready. If the vehicle is not picked up within this time frame, Circle R Auto ATV and Tire reserves the right to charge storage fees at the rate of $7.50 per day.
